Kelp at The Sea Center
The Sea Center on Stearns Wharf has been revamped.
As part of the upgrade, we were asked to projection map movies of kelp on the walls of the former theater. By partially wrapping the imagery around the viewer on three screens using three short throw projectors, we were able to create the immersive experience that Frank Hein, Head of Exhibits at the Santa Barbra Museum of Natural History, was looking for.
